Shift Estimating Solutions Ltd. is not your typical 'Quantity Surveyor', but rather, real life, experienced 'Contractors' diversified in tendering, budgeting and value engineering.  While we specialize in quantity take-offs and general estimating, we can assist you in the entire procurement process from preliminary budgets to competitive tenders and all aspects in between.  Our Project Management experiences can be leveraged to assist with project scheduling, cash flow analysis, management processes and overall project collaboration.

From initial budgeting to itemized unit rate take-offs, the majority of our experience comes from estimating and managing complex excavations, concrete structures and wood framed buildings.  Our extensive knowledge in project costs, scheduling and value engineering allows us to assist the entire construction industry from Owners and Architects to Trade Contractors, Construction Managers and General Contractors.

Founding Partner - Kevin Bisgrove, GSC / AScT.

With over 20 years of Estimating and Project Management experience on large scale construction projects, Kevin has a vast knowledge in all types of construction from methodology and management to estimating and procurement. With strong leadership skills, Kevin has led a diverse team of estimators, project managers and coordinators over the past 10 years while providing pre-construction, construction and post-construction services to clients on numerous projects.
